Common questions
What's included in the purchase?
You get the full Sandra plugin with all features — Fiserv IPG Connect integration, 3D Secure, HMAC validation, multi-currency support, and test/live modes. Updates and email support are included.
Is there a recurring fee?
No. Sandra is a one-time purchase — no monthly fees, no per-transaction charges from us. The only ongoing costs are whatever Fiserv charges for processing.
How does the payment flow work?
When a customer clicks 'Proceed to Payment,' they're redirected to Fiserv's hosted payment page. After entering their card details and completing 3D Secure, Fiserv sends the result back to your store and the customer is redirected to the order confirmation.
Which currencies are supported?
Sandra supports 12 currencies: USD, JMD, TTD, BBD, XCD, GYD, BSD, BZD, CAD, GBP, EUR, and MXN through Fiserv's acquiring network.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. Toggle between test and live mode from your WooCommerce settings. Use Fiserv sandbox credentials and test card numbers provided by your bank.
