Why we exist
The problem is rarely the technology.
I’ve spent more than ten years building the systems that keep businesses running for some of Jamaica’s largest insurers, financial institutions and distributors. The kind of work where a bug means a customer doesn’t get paid or a claim doesn’t process.
The biggest problems were rarely the software. They were the gaps between systems, the manual steps nobody had time to fix, and the processes that only worked because someone stayed late. Bowen Consulting exists to close those gaps.
